Pada perdagangan elektronik di Asia hari ini harga emas mengalami pergerakan yang masih terus melemah (04/05). Harga komoditas tergerus turun terus di tengah aksi jual yang dilakukan oleh para pelaku pasar. Kondisi kawasan euro yang masih suram mengakibatkan tekanan pada harga komoditas.
Harga emas masih rawan untuk mengalami penurunan. Pada perdagangan tadi malam Presiden ECB Mario Draghi menyatakan bahwa menurutnya kondisi ekonomi kawasan euro masih sangat suram sehingga memberikan outlook yang negatif dengan kemungkinan risiko penurunan ekonomi yang cukup tinggi.
Harga emas spot hari ini diperdagangkan pada posisi 1631.55 dolar per troy ons. Harga mengalami penurunan sebesar 4.10 dolar dibandingkan posisi penutupan perdagangan dini hari tadi yang berada di level 1635.65 dolar per troy ons. Harga emas spot hari ini sekaligus merupakan harga paling rendah sejak tanggal 25 April.
Analis Vibiz Research dari Vibiz Consulting menilai bahwa harga emas masih akan mencoba untuk mengetes level resistance 1680 dolar sebelum dapat bergerak dalam trend menguat solid. Untuk sementara harga emas masih cenderung terperangkap di dalam pola sideways yaitu di kisaran 1620 – 1680 dolar per troy ons.
